Anant has been practicing and handling cases with a result-oriented approach, both professionally and ethically, and has now acquired over 17 years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services. He is actively engaged in matters pertaining to commercial disputes, contractual disputes, legal compliances, intellectual property rights (IPRs), and ensuring protection against infringements, dispute resolutions, cases relating to negotiable instruments, labour laws, financial fraud, and cheating. Beyond the same, Anant has a strong understanding of family disputes, matrimonial cases, inheritance, succession, guardianship, and custody laws.
For Anant, it is important to offer not just legal assistance to clients, but also assist them to achieve their objectives in a judicious manner following the procedure of law. He has always seen law as an agent of social change, and it is with this emotion he chose to earn his credentials to practice the profession. Before joining Lex Chambers, he worked alongside several leading lawyers ably assisting them in their practice. At Lex Chambers, he efficaciously and independently handles litigation (both civil & criminal) and proficiently advising, to both corporate and individual clients, on a wide range of complex legal issues.
With a soft and pleasing personality, Anant has successfully crafted his reputation as a successful lawyer. He has substantial experience representing corporate entities and individuals across various forums such as the Delhi High Court, District Consumer Forum Delhi, District Courts, Family Courts, National Commissions, and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Some of his clients include leading logistics corporate, prominent textile and garments manufacturers, retail giants, and real estate moguls.
In his personal time, Anant prefers to keep a low profile and unwind over some music and casual reads. He is actively engaged in social advocacy for matters important to society at large and continues to work with his father in advancing the good work of over two decades through Bharat Vikas Viklang Nyas, which runs a hospital for Divyang Jan (Handicapped). Anant’s father, Shri Bimal Kumar Jain was recently conferred the ‘Padma Shri’ by the President of India for his exceptional, selfless, enduring, persistent efforts "dedicated to suffering humanity" with vision.
